NanoSensors Signs License Agreement With Pohang University

Santa Clara, Calif.-based nanotechnology development company NanoSensors Inc., a maker of instruments and sensors to detect explosives, chemical and biological agents, announced that it has signed a technology license agreement with Korea's Pohang University of Science and Technology. The agreement gives Nanosensors exclusive rights to Korean patent-pending methods for increasing sensor device sensitivity using carbon nanotubes, as well as a planned patent application for fabricating single nanowire devices.
