New Scale Robotics, a division of New Scale Technologies, has expanded its sales marketing team. Stefan Friedrich was promoted to marketing manager. He joined the company in 2016 as a salesperson for precision micro-mechatronic products. Friedrich moved to the New Scale Robotics division when it was launched in 2018. Fred Haas has also joined the company, as sales manager of New Scale Robotics. Haas has over 30 years of experience in technical sales of precision motion systems, instruments, and components. Most recently, Haas served as president of Haas Technical Sales. He previously served as sales manager at New Scale Technologies (2004-2005), and he has held positions at Melles Griot, Exfo Burleigh, Burleigh Instruments, and Newport Corp.
