Olympus Integrated Technologies America Inc. of San Jose, Calif., a subsidiary of Olympus Corp. of Tokyo, has received a third order from a US integrated device manufacturer for its AL3100 system that provides 200- and 300-mm wafer inspection, defect review and identification verification in a small footprint. The company develops application software for the system in San Jose and works with US customers to expand its capabilities.
