Vosloo joins the company from Oxford Instruments, where he held various management and senior commercial roles over the past nine years. PhotoMachining Inc. of Pelham, N.H., has named Joey Placenti its new technical sales engineer. He will be responsible for laser micromachining contract manufacturing and system sales.
