Stirling Professor Publishes England, Wales Surveillance Strategy

STIRLING, Scotland, April 3, 2017 — Stirling University’s William Webster, director of the Center for Research into Information, Surveillance and Privacy, has established a national surveillance camera strategy for England and Wales.
