Teledyne FLIR Partners with Valeo on Auto Safety Tech

PARIS, Jan. 5, 2023 — Teledyne FLIR and global automotive supplier Valeo have entered into a collaboration that will use thermal imaging technology to enhance road user safety. The companies said this week that the partnership follows a previously secured contract from a leading automotive OEM. Specifically, the pair will deliver Automotive Safety Integrity Level (ASIL) B thermal imaging technology for night-vision ADAS.
