TerraLux Receives $5.6M in Funding

BOULDER, Colo., March 24, 2010 — TerraLux Inc. announced that it has closed a $5.6 million Series A venture capital financing deal. The round was led by Emerald Technology Ventures, with participation from existing investor Access Venture Partners. TerraLux said the capital will be used to accelerate its growth in all segments of the business, with a focus on its rapidly expanding commercial general illumination products and LED modules.
