HSINCHU, Taiwan, Oct. 7 -- Unaxis Semiconductors announced it will supply its GaN LED and laser fabrication process solution to Highlink Technology Corp. for its new LED manufacturing facility in Hsinchu. The selected Unaxis technologies include deposition of hard masks (SiO2 and Si3N4) and final passivation. Aan NE 860 IL system will be used for etching GaN features.
