Wang Wins Britton Chance Award

Lihong Wang, an innovator in photoacoustic imaging, has been chosen to receive the 2015 Britton Chance Biomedical Optics Award. A researcher at Washington University in St. Louis, Wang is being recognized for his pioneering technical contributions and visionary leadership in the development and application of photoacoustic tomography, photoacoustic microscopy and photon transport modeling, among others.
