WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. Establishes Subsidiary

BEIJING, Aug. 19, 2020 — WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary to accelerate the development of its holographic-vision intelligent robots and fabless semiconductor businesses. The subsidiary is Lixin Technology Co. Ltd., and with an initial registered capital of $28.7 million will focus on the research, development, and sale of holographic-vision intelligent robots and related holographic-vision technology services.
