Business and automation solutions provider Zebra Technologies will acquire Fetch Robotics, an intralogistics automation company pioneer and developer of autonomous mobile robots. The company expects use cash on hand to pay $290 million for the 95% of the business it does not already own. The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021. Zebra Technologies acquired software company Adaptive Vision in May. The acquisition of Fetch Robotics will expand Zebra Technologies’ offerings of robotics technology and software.
