SCHOTT AG Appoints Managing Director for India

JAMBUSAR, India, Sept. 16, 2020 — Glass and technology group SCHOTT AG has announced that Pawan Kumar Shukla will serve as its new managing director for SCHOTT Glass India. Shukla previously served as president of operations at Surya Roshni Ltd., an Indian multinational manufacturer for specialty glass tubing and lighting.

The SCHOTT Jambusar plant supports the company’s manufacturing and delivery initiatives in India as well as the Asian market. SCHOTT inaugurated a new tank facility in its Jambusar plant following an investment of €21 million in 2018.
