SCHOTT Closes Acquisition of INCOM’s MEGAdraw Business

SOUTHBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 6, 2020 — SCHOTT North America Inc. finalized its acquisition of INCOM Inc.’s MEGAdraw business. The MEGAdraw process is used for image intensification processes and applications.

SCHOTT, in a press release, said the acquisition expands its existing portfolio of fused fiber optic imaging technologies at its Lighting and Imaging production site, and expands its ability to deliver fiber optic components (for image transfer applications) to the night vision and defense markets.
