Seahorse Bioscience Inc. of Billerica, Mass., and ibidi GmbH of Munich, Germany, have signed a distribution agreement. The German company, a supplier of biomicroscopy solutions, will exclusively distribute its partner’s cellular bioenergetics measurement tools in Germany and Austria.
