Mazet GmbH’s multirange spectral sensors can be adapted to applications with regard to the number of spectral channels and the spectral transmission characteristics of each channel. The first sensor released in the line offers six spectral channels whose filters, which range from 400 to 700 nm, overlap one another and are uniformly distributed over the range. The compact modules feature parallel signal processing of all spectral channels, a high operating temperature range, long-term stability and high resistance to environmental effects. They are suitable for use in areas where spectrometers cannot fit, and they can be used as microfluidic or basic process sensors, or as hand-held devices for qualitative analysis.
