Stake Increased in Company

In Germany, Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. of Lippstadt, a manufacturer of lighting and electronic components and systems for the automotive industry, has announced that it will increase its stake in Docter Optics GmbH of Neustadt by acquiring Rodenstock Technologie Holding GmbH of Munich. Subject to approval by the monopolies and mergers authorities, the acquisition will make Hella the majority shareholder. Docter Optics will continue to act as an independent company, and focus will be placed on the development of its projection lenses.
