Steve Rothstein Hired at Plasma Etch

steverothstein.jpgSteve Rothstein has been hired as eastern regional US sales manager by Plasma Etch Inc. of Carson City, Nevada. Rothstein has a background in the high-vacuum deposition industry and more than 25 years of experience in thin-film coatings, plasma etching and vacuum technology. He has been involved with US startups including Nordiko Ltd. and Mantis Deposition Ltd. At Plasma Etch, he will develop markets in the medical device, printed circuit, wafer processing, chip packaging and connector industries. Plasma Etch systems use a dry process that enables removal of contaminants such as organics, coatings and metals and provides hydrophilic surface adhesion in parts processing.
