GRENOBLE, France, March 2, 2021 — Imaging solutions company Teledyne e2v will collaborate with Yumain, a provider of AI vision solutions for the industrial sector, to develop advanced bio-inspired vision technologies to enable innovation in industrial applications. The collaboration will specifically develop AI vision technology capable of tackling applications with high variability such as the inspection of complex and irregular surfaces. The technology the collaborators seek would enable quick setup and use by technicians without AI expertise, with reliable results and flexibility in its applications while being secure and requiring minimal power.
