Teradyne Inc., a manufacturer of semiconductor testing systems for image sensors, has announced that the headquarters of its legal entity in Japan, Teradyne KK, has relocated to Minato Mirai, Yokohama. The move marks the 35th year that the company has operated in that country and combines its sales and field support in one location.
