A collaboration between The Hastings Center of Garrison, N.Y., and the Centre for Biomedical Ethics at the National University of Singapore has been announced. The partners have established a visiting scholar program to enable researchers from the Singapore clinical, biomedical science and bioethics communities to spend one to three months at the center. They also have launched the Asian Bioethics Review, an online journal.
