Oct 2002
TEMPE, Ariz., Oct 25 -- Three-Five Systems Inc., a supplier of liquid crystal and microdisplay products, announced that Kaiser Electronics, a Rockwell Collins business, has selected its Brillian microdisplays and drive electronics as the primary microdisplay source in the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) program.

Two small rear-projection displays, each with three Brillian 1280 SXGA microdisplays, will be used to form a 20-inch by 8-inch smart color display to provide pilots with flight status, operational, tactical and other information.
