Val Moshkovskiy has joined Melles Griot as product manager, machine vision. He will be located in Rochester, New York, at the Melles Griot Optical Systems facility. Mr. Moshkovskiy holds a master of science degree with concentration in optical engineering from Kiev Polytechnic Institute and a master of business administration degree from Simon School at the University of Rochester. Well known to the machine vision community for his work as a business unit manager for machine vision and optical inspection at Volpi Manufacturing USA, Val Moshkovskiy has extensive experience working in the optical and computer industries, both in the US and internationally.

Mr. Moshkovskiy believes Melles Griot will continue to be a worldwide leader in supplying standard and custom high-resolution lenses for machine vision applications. His goal is to expand the company's product line and increase the company's market reach in addressing additional metrology and inspection applications.
