Walt Czajkowski Named US Managing Director for Fisba
Optical systems manufacturer Fisba AG has chosen Walt Czajkowski as the managing director of its U.S. subsidiary in Tucson, Ariz.
Czajkowski has held a variety of positions within the optical manufacturing industry, including work with R&D, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, manufacturing supervision and project management. He was also a vice president of worldwide optics operations.
His appointment follows the 2014 launch of a collaborative project with Edmund Optics Inc. for the development of precision molding of IR optics based on chalcogenide glass materials. Czajkowski launched the starting phase and has taken a leading role in promoting the collaboration.
Fisba develops and manufactures lenses, laser modules, micro-optics and advanced optical components for industrial applications.
