WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. Establishes Subsidiary

WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc. announced the establishment of a wholly owned subsidiary to accelerate the development of its holographic-vision intelligent robots and fabless semiconductor businesses.

The subsidiary is Lixin Technology Co. Ltd., and with an initial registered capital of $28.7 million will focus on the research, development, and sale of holographic-vision intelligent robots and related holographic-vision technology services. The company will also leverage its parent company’s related patents and copyrights to develop semiconductor products.

An interference pattern that is recorded on a high-resolution plate, the two interfering beams formed by a coherent beam from a laser and light scattered by an object. If after processing, the plate is viewed correctly by monochromatic light, a three-dimensional image of the object is seen.
