Woodhouse Joins Shin-Etsu Silicones
AKRON, Ohio, Nov. 20, 2018 — Shin-Etsu Silicones of America Inc. has appointed Brian Woodhouse the Southeast regional sales manager for its room-temperature vulcanizing (RTV) group.
Woodhouse brings more than 20 years of technical chemical sales experience, most recently as the technical sales and research manager at Southern Ionics. He will leverage his years of chemical sales and market development experience to grow Shin-Etsu's RTV and thermal interface material silicone business in the U.S.'s Southeast. His main goal will be to increase sales by delivering technical product solutions via education and relationship building to establish a stronger customer base for representatives and distribution partners in the region. A core focus will be on mold-making, LED lighting, and electronics.
Shin-Etsu Silicones of America is a developer and manufacturer of silicone die-bonding materials for high-brightness LED packaging applications.
