Dec 2025PITTSBURGH, Dec. 31, 2025 — The C30733EQC-3 product from Excelitas is an indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) avalanche photodiode that delivers a high gain of up to 100 and fast recovery time at wavelengths exceeding 1550 nm, which enables superior sensitivity and timing in high-frequency distributed fiber sensing. The C30733EQC-3 enhances the detection of weak Raman-scattered signals and has a spectral response of 1000 to 1700 nm, enabling multiwavelength operation across the O, E, S, C, and L telecom bands. It has a small 30-µm active area, which enables precise spatial resolution in distributed fiber sensing arrays.More products
