Cylinder CGHs (computer-generated holograms) convert collimated interferometer wavefronts into cylindrical ones, facilitating full aperture surface figure error and radius of curvature measurements for cylinder optics. Measure both concave and convex cylindrical optics in a confocal null test with the same CGH. Available in 2- to 6-inch substrates with diverse purchase options.
