Output coupler (intracavity) for 193 nm, 248 nm, and 308 nm excimer laser optics. At these wavelengths, it is recommended to use CaF2 or MgF2 substrates for intracavity transmissive optical elements. Rear cavity mirrors provide at least 99.5 percent reflectance at the laser wavelength. Output coupler reflectance may be specified by the user.
