Fine adjustment screws for photonics are HEX-driven and provide precision smooth movements even in demanding applications. Imperial-sized micropositioning adjustment screws deliver precision smooth movements in the most demanding OEM applications. Standard fine adjustment screws and ultra-fine adjustment screws are made of 303 stainless steel and are supplied with a ball tip (53 HRC) made of hardened steel.

Fine thread adjustment screws can be supplied upon request with specified:

-Optional materials
-Custom lengths
-Drive variations
-Custom tips (i.e., blunt or coned)

Able to produce our 80 TPI and 100 TPI fine adjustment screws to exceed industry standards due to our highly developed proprietary machining and custom modified machines.
