Provides submicron accuracy, deriving their precise control by using closed-loop DC servomotors and employing high-resolution rotary encoders for positioning feedback. They utilize crossed-roller slides, precision lead-screws, and zero-backlash miniature geared DC servomotors for smooth and accurate motion.
