FlexBlade™ Custom Iris Diaphragms from KUPO Optics give optical and lighting engineers fingertip control of beam size under harsh heat or vibration. Stainless-steel leaves with a proprietary 450 °C gray finish sweep smoothly from Ø 3 mm to 90 mm. Pick 16-, 18-, or 24-leaf packs in clear apertures 42, 45, 46, 52.6, 75, 90, or 100 mm (the 100 mm model can fully shutter). Matte-black, hard-anodized aluminium housing kills reflections, while a positive lever lock freezes the f-number through shock and transport. Three reference holes speed OEM centering, and every unit is fully customisable—leaf count, diameter, coatings, and mounting plates can be tailored in two weeks. Ideal for laser attenuation, projector light paths, machine-vision illumination, and lab optics that demand repeatable, variable apertures.
