The NanoCam HD Dynamic Profiler provides accurate measurements of surface roughness on small meter-scale coated and uncoated optics, metals, plastics and other polished specular surfaces. This lightweight profiler can be easily positioned on large parts by hand or mounted on a robotic arm to measure with sub-angstrom level precision.
