TOPTICA FemtoFiber ultra FD - TOPTICA PhotonicsFemtosecond fiber laser with fiber delivery and automated fiber coupling: A game-changer for microscopy. Completely replace free-space beam paths with easy, plug-and-play delivery of femtosecond pulses directly from the laser to a microscope with a high-performance optical fiber. In the FemtoFiber ultra FD, TOPTICA combines a polarization-maintaining hollow-core fiber with TOPTICA’s proprietary Constant Optical Output Level (COOL) technology for hands-off, automated fiber coupling. The unique COOLAC automatic alignment optimizes fiber coupling at the touch of a button and internally monitors fiber coupling efficiency without the need for external tools or equipment. With the integrated AOM for fast power modulation, users can control where and when the light reaches the sample for ROI imaging and flyback beam blanking for raster scanning. And with integrated motorized software-controlled dispersion precompensation (GDD) and TOPTICA’s unique Clean Pulse Technology, users can optimize peak power for the brightest images at a fixed average power. Available at 780 nm, 920 nm, and 1050 nm excitation wavelengths for easy compatibility with all 2-photon labels.
