TE-cooled InAsSb (3TE) and HgCdTe (2TE) high-performance photovoltaic IR detectors featuring AR-coated active elements and wedged, AR-coated sapphire windows. The 3TE model integrates advanced anti-fringing technology, while the 2TE variant delivers excellent linearity. Both detectors are optimized for use with tunable lasers (QCL, ICL) in gas-sensing techniques such as TDLAS, CRDS and CEAS.
