Inline High-Speed Recording System

Its compact footprint makes the Streamer the perfect system for permanent installation on a production line. Aside from the high-speed recording feature and long-time recording capabilities, the built-in IOs allow it also to be controlled from a PLC. The built-In camera offers 200 fps at 1280 x 1024 pixel resolution and can go up to 3000 fps if needed. Built-in storage allows to record up to 1 hour in high speed for further analysis — per camera. The complete unit is fan-less and made for 24/7 use. This versatile system is available in different variations: with built-in camera, an additional external camera, or two external cameras. A combination of one mono and one-color camera in the same system is also an option. The cameras can be synchronized or run completely independent, just as the application demands.

The control software is based on Imaging Studio v4, all features are easy configurable by local control or remote access with an RDP Client. A special feature is the possibility to show a full live image on the built-in Display Port, letting the operator know at any time what is happening in the production process.
