Mako: Small Size, Powerful Performance
Our Mako cameras with Sony Exmor Pregius CMOS sensors have been upgraded with enhanced functionality for even better connectivity and easier integration. Our five Mako models (Mako G-040, G-158, G-234, G-319 and G-507) now include PTP (Precision Time Protocol), a standard network protocol that synchronizes the clocks of several devices in a network with one master device.
Also, the ToE (Trigger over Ethernet) feature has been added. ToE allows precise camera triggering via the Gigabit Ethernet interface cable. Couple this with the Mako's Power over Ethernet (PoE), power, trigger, and camera control can be done with one cable making camera integration much simpler.
