The 6300 ComboSource was born from the proven technology of our LaserSource and TECSource products, and includes several improvements making it our flagship product, providing outstanding performance at a price that does not kill your budget. The ComboSource laser driver has features you would expect, such as safety interlock, ESD protection, and hardware limit circuits for current and voltage. In addition, the ComboSource has unique features not found on competing products including optically isolated photodiode and modulation inputs, programmable PD bias, and a constant voltage control mode.

The ComboSource temperature controller provides 60W of TEC control and supports all common sensor inputs (thermistor, RTD, AD590, and LM335), including a 4-wire RTD mode. With the same excellent stability and performance as our 5305 TECSource, the ComboSource supports a broad range of temperature control applications.
