Using advanced semiconductor processing, the production-ready SiC detectors are designed for vacuum UV and deep-UVC applications. Applications include use with excimer lasers for curing and processing, detection for new disinfecting systems, and low-pressure Hg lamp monitoring used for total organic carbon reduction and water purification.
