The FISBA RGBeam answers an industry need for a compact and customizable laser module. It’s small size and efficient coupling make it an excellent light source for use across many disciplines, including life sciences, industrial metrology and illumination applications. This light engine is equipped to precisely align three laser sources across free space or through a single mode fiber. Attention to detail is evident throughout the design, which provides an ease of use to designers who need only mechanically attach the compact package, manage the thermal interface, and furnish electrical power and electronic control to the diodes. The RGBeam is versatile in that it can be modified to meet a range of requirements. For example, where polarization control is important, the product can be adjusted to include polarization-maintaining fiber. Additional wavelengths and fiber customizations are available through the support of FISBA engineers who find solutions for atypical requirements.
