The FISBA FISCam™ - Customizable Micro Camera

Author: FISBA AG Wednesday, February 1, 2017
FISBA launched the FISBA FISCam™ at Compamed 2015 as a new customizable micro camera technology platform similar to the FISBA RGBeam™ laser module platform. The FISBA FISCam™ benefits from FISBA’s 60 years of experience in producing high quality optics and optical systems. FISBA’s demonstrated history of innovation and dedication to detail is revealed in the functional and integrated design of FISBA’s FISCam™. The standard FISBA FISCam™, well-known in the endoscopy field as a “chip on the tip” system, delivers high-resolution 400 x 400-pixel images and video at 30 frames per second from a package down to 1.6 mm in diameter and 6 mm in length. The 120-degree field of view (diagonal), combined with an F-number of 6 and a working distance of 5-to-50-mm enable the lightweight camera to meet the requirements of a variety of applications.
