The BeamRazor
™ LE02 pulsed laser line beam transmitter module from Focuslight Technologies Inc. is designed for beam steering lidar systems with steering mirrors or micro-electromechanical systems, as well as receivers such as ADP and SPAD/SiPM.
The transmitter combines a high peak power 905-nm pulsed laser with unique optical beam shaping technology. The result is a high peak power of >600 W, short pulse width of <5 ns, and small beam divergence of <0.15 FA × 25° SA in a compact 55 × 38 × 14-mm module.
Designed for a wide range of applications in autonomous vehicle lidar, 3D industrial sensing, and machine vision, the device’s divergence angle and energy distribution within the field of view can be customized upon request.
