The D100 is a compact, DC-coupled constant-current laser diode driver, ideal for driving bar laser stacks or VCSEL arrays up to 250 amps and 30 volts. It is compatible with standard 3.3V / 5V CMOS and TTL logic, and it has provisions for remote control. The D100 is well suited for bench laser evaluation and embedded OEM applications.
