Iridian Spectral Technologies - Custom WL selective Optical FiltersIridian Spectral Technologies designs and manufactures wavelength selective optical filter solutions providing “more signal, less background”, customized to meet the technical and commercial needs of OEM customers. Covering the UV-LWIR (300 nm - 15 µm) wavelength ranges, these robust filter solutions are employed in applications including telecom (WDM, OADM, and GFF), datacom (TOSA/ROSA WDM and ITLA), spectroscopy (Raman/fluorescence, PCR), sensing (gas sensing, LiDAR, machine vision), Earth observation and Satcom, among others. Iridian’s capabilities include single and multi-band filters such as bandpass, edge-pass, and notch filters, along with multi-zone filter arrays that enable multi-spectral imaging.

All of Iridian’s optical filters are based on multi-layer dielectric thin films deposited by energetic PVD processes, resulting in filters meeting the most demanding technical specifications while maintaining the highest standards for quality, reliability, and durability – from proto-types through to high volume production.
