Laser Quantum was formed in the 1990s by three PhD physicists from the University of Manchester, England. Since then, we have grown rapidly into a globally recognised company, renowned for our quality, reliability and the scientific advances we bring to the photonics market. Our products include the venteon OPCPA, the first commercially available OPCPA, the venteon ultra, with the shortest pulse duration <5 fs and the taccor comb, a powerful, complete 1 GHz frequency comb. Our continuous wave lasers are renowned for being robust and reliable. Since 2016, Laser Quantum has been part of Novanta: a trusted technology partner to OEMs in the medical and advanced industrial technology markets, with deep proprietary expertise in photonics, vision and precision motion technologies.

The broad range of wavelengths and powers in continuous wave range makes them apt for applications including;  Raman spectroscopy, optical tweezering, biomedical imaging, Ti:Sapphire pumping and many others.
