Craig Dunham Appointed to LightPath Board

May 2016ORLANDO, Fla., May 9, 2016 — Optical component manufacturer LightPath Technologies Inc. has appointed Craig Dunham to its board of directors.
Dunham was previously the CEO of Dynasil Corp., and holds significant optical business experience. While at Dynasil and Coring Inc., Dunham led or was a key member of teams that completed eight successful photonics acquisitions.
Dunham will fill a vacancy created by the board when it expanded its size from seven to eight directors. He will also join the company’s audit committee.
LightPath provides optics and photonics solutions for the industrial, defense, telecommunications, testing, measurement and medical industries.
