Mad City Labs' SPM-M kitMad City Labs’ SPM-M kit is ideal for both materials research and biophysical research. The assembled SPM is a closed loop, scanning resonant probe microscope with atomic step resolution. The SPM-M kit includes the MadPLL® digital phase lock loop controller, Nano-SPM200 closed loop nanopositioner (XY), Nano-OP30 closed loop nanopositioner, 3 axis closed loop digital Nano-Drive® controller, AFMView software and tutorial, plus application notes. All Mad City Labs nanopositioning systems employ our exclusive PicoQ® sensors for superior low noise performance and high stability. The seamless integration of the nanopositioning systems with the phase lock loop controller ensures automated performance for simpler operation.

In addition to the standard closed loop nanopositioners, we offer a range of SPM accessories that make it simple to customize your AFM configuration. For researchers employing AFM with other optical microscopy techniques, the SPM-M kit is compatible with Mad City Labs versatile RM21 microscope.
