Micro-Interferometer VI Direct
Moeller-Wedel Optical is announcing the Micro-Interferometer VI-direct for precision flatness measurement of micro-prisms, laser crystals, fiber endings, etc. The interferometer is able to measure the surface flatness of optical parts between Ø0.8 mm and Ø3.6 mm.
Besides the Micro-Interferometer, Moeller-Wedel Optical will present the Interferometer line VI-direct, the complete Goniomat-line, the ELCOMAT line of Electronic Autocollimators, Focometer MELOS 530 and Lens Centration Measurement Station CIFOS.
