NTT-AT has been providing variety of optical components for research and production field for over decades. X-ray/EUV Optics Standard Catalog: EUV Multilayer Mirrors, X-ray Mirrors, X-Ray Grating, Toroidal Mirror, X-ray Chart.

For EUV Multilayer Mirrors, NTT-AT has been supplying various kinds of mirrors corresponding to the customers' requirements, such as high reflectivity, broad-bandwidth, narrow-bandwidth, and high contrast based on our design experience.

GaN epi wafer is also available.
