We, at OPCO Laboratory, are an extension of your team. With over 40 years of optical design and manufacturing experience, we provide total solutions from prototypes through production.
Being vertically integrated ensures we have total control over the entire process, from design through fabrication, coating, assembly, and testing, resulting in higher quality, and reduced lead times.
We serve a variety of markets, such as: Life Sciences, Analytical, Spectroscopy, Defense, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other related industries and are ITAR Registered.
OPCO’s team includes scientists, engineers, and technicians have a long history of helping customers solve spectrometer design challenges and providing them with cost effective components, including replicated toroidal mirrors and diffraction gratings.
Our state-of-the-art ruling engine, built by and for spectroscopists, is a testament to our commitment to the analytical instrument industry.
OPCO specializes in
Precision Fabrication of Lenses, Prisms, Beamsplitters, High Reflection Mirrors, Windows, Domes, Filters and Flow Cells. Optimize product performance with affordable custom precision optical components designed to meet your requirements.
Since 1983, OPCO has produced
Thin Film Coatings and has fine-tuned its processes, purchased new capital equipment, and perfected its capabilities to deliver cutting-edge, high performance optical coatings.
Our proprietary
optical replication process can replicate simple or complex optical surfaces directly onto glass, metal, ceramic, or polymer substrates. Replication permits products to be designed with lower cost, lighter weight, and smaller size than conventional optics can achieve. Replicated optics can also include integral mounting and alignment features that facilitate installation and lower parts count.
OPCO will replicate one of our many standard
diffraction gratings onto a variety of glass, metal, ceramic, or polymer substrates. These replicas can then be coated with a high reflectivity coating for reflection gratings, or an AR coating in the case of transmission gratings. Let us rule your new, high quality grating.
