Ultraviolet-enhanced photodetectors
(UVGs) with stable responsivity from
190 to 400 nm are specially designed
for critical applications including
laser monitoring of UVA, UVB,
and UVC lasers. The large, square
UVG100 has a 10- × 10-mm active
area. Four circular UVG detectors
feature active area diameters of
2.5, 4.1, 4.9, and 5.5 mm. All have
excellent UV response with 100% internal quantum efficiencies.
